The proposal of Switzerland, in a few words, is about following an exodus that has been seen during the last years of the residents of Albinen , near Leukerbard in Valais, region where many of the houses are used specifically for vacations.

Recently, three families have left the town and suffered the loss of more than eight students, which means that, due to the size of the town, they had to close.

Beat Jost , in charge of the national news agency in Switzerland, ATS , keeps the rest of the country informed about the events that are taking place in this small town.

The proposal they are making seeks to offer the best to citizens so that they can have an excellent quality of life at a considerable cost. Families that decide to buy or build a house in the village could receive around 19,000 euros per adult and 7,600 per child, depending on what they report. That means that a family of four can be offered up to 53 thousand euros just for moving to Albinen.

Not everything is happiness as it seems, since there are certain conditions, one of them is that the residents must be under 45 years old and remain in the village for at least ten years.

The house they buy or build must also be worth at least 152,000 euros and must be the main residence. The village would pay a policy with its respective fund, which would cost 100,000 francs for one year.

In addition, a report mentioned that the community will benefit in exchange for taxes and construction contracts. This can be defined as a future investment surrounded by villages.
